About

I am an incoming Ph.D. student in Civil Engineering at Rice University, where I will work with Dr. Jamie Padgett. I recently completed my M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), advised by Dr. Mingang Gao at the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). I received my B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Nanjing Tech University in 2023, advised by Dr. Lingzhi Li.

My research develops optimization, simulation, and data-driven methods for complex systems under uncertainty, with a particular focus on infrastructure resilience, emergency management, and robust decision-making. I am especially interested in how infrastructure systems can be modeled, compared, and restored under uncertain hazards, limited resources, and heterogeneous stakeholder preferences.

Education

Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Rice University, Houston, TX, USA (expected).

M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China.

B.Eng. in Civil Engineering, Nanjing Tech University, Nanjing, China.
